Join us to dance, dine and party with a purpose. Evening includes open bar, gourmet foods with Heart Healthy options, live music by dance band Charlie Souza & The  New Tropics, plus a silent auction and raffle. A portion of all proceeds goes to the American Heart Association. Menu features Smoked Salmon Display, Chilled Oysters, Shrimp and King Crab, Epicurean Cheese Sampler, and Lamb Chops in Spearmint Tea, served alongside our special Heart Healthy fare: Chef Carved Buffalo Steamship, Asian Vegetable Steamer Station with Dipping Sauces, Mediterranean Olive & Olive Oil Sampler, Chicken Satay with Honey & Lime, Whole Wheat Pasta Station, Ceviche Station, Dark Belgian Chocolate Fountain with Fresh Strawberries and Warm Oatmeal Raisin Cookies.
